Lovely room owners welcoming good position for us in the town. Good breakfast we have been before and will use this establishment again.

We found the Lynton hotel ideally situated for the vibrant town centre, promenade and Great Orme Tramway. The Tramway is actually located on the same street as the Lynton hotel just two or three minutes walk away. The Hotel itself was clean and modern with spacious En-suite bedrooms. We overlooked the road with views of the two lovely bar restaurants directly across the road. The owners and staff at the Lynton made us feel very welcome indeed and the cooked breakfast were fantastic. Would we visit this hotel again in the future? – You bet!

We stayed for our 25th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been better, fabulous welcome, room, breakfast and the relaxed and friendly atmosphere was great. Superb location near all the good eateries.Will definitely be returning

We spent 4nights at Lyndon House the room was excellent cleanliness outstanding the breakfast was amazing nothing was to much trouble. This was our second stay and would highly recommend.

On my arrival, I was warmly welcomed. Sitting in the lounge while being checked in meant I could catch my breath and cool down on a very hot day. Sheldon is a wonderful host, explaining the venue but also giving you a quick guide of what was around the area to visit. Breakfast was wonderful and cooked to order served in a lovely dining room. The bedroom, comfortable. I slept amazing well. I am looking forward to returning again the first chance I have.

The accommodation was excellent. we were offered a suite at no extra charge which was very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent with good choices. The owners were very friendly and helful

Lynton House was a lovely place to stay whilst I was working away. Perfect location. The rooms were modern and comfy with all the expected amenities you would expect. The owners couldn't have been nicer and couldn't do enough to make your stay perfect. Would definitely recommend for future stays.

Nice welcome, great location, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated.. comfy bed and a choice of pillows. A lovely jacuzzi bath after a long day walking,. Tea coffee, a hairdryer and complementary shampoo etc in your room. Breakfast was great. What more could you want.

Returned to Lynton House for the third time for a short stay in April and as usual received a warm welcome from lovely hosts and an excellent stay. We have now tried three rooms and all are equally fantastic with something slightly different to offer i.e. jacuzzi bath, suite. Breakfasts are great and a well stocked honesty bar make for a perfect break can't wait to return.

I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast it was very clean nicely decorated. Great location near the great orme and lots of good places to eat. The breakfast set us up for the day and the hosts very helpful and friendly.

I was here on business at a Food Exhibition. I found the welcome very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean all over and very comfortable with plenty of chairs to relax in. The bed was was very of a high standard which enabled me to sleep very well.The shower was superb and the bathroom was exceptionally clean all over.I had to leave both mornings ahead of breakfast but Sheridan left me all I needed in the fridge for a continental one which set me up for the day.All in all a 5 star B&B in Llandudno.

Stayed one night in January. Well received by the owner, checked in quickly and a convenient car space found. Room was well appointed clean and the bed very comfy. Breakfast was lovely with a choice for everyone’s palette.We opted for a full cooked breakfast which was local produce and set us up for the day.Next time I return to Llandudno we would certainly stay here again, no hesitation.

This is our 4th stay here,and that's says it all. Its a lovely B&B and Sheridan and Mark make you really welcome. Breakfast is very good and they added bucks fizz on new year day breakfast as a nice touch. All rooms we have stayed are lovely and location in ideal,its just a short walk to shops and pier. Looking forward to our next stay.

Having stayed at Lynton House before I knew that I could rely on a warm welcome. I needed a relaxing break and Lynton House was the first place I thought of. We stayed for 2 nights with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On arrival we were warmly greeted and shown to our lovely rooms, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a small honesty bar in a comfortable lounge area with magazines and a TV - there is a tv in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice of things to eat and plenty of it! The guest house is in a great location for visiting the shops, restaurants both of which are a short walk away as is the pier and promenade. Parking can be tricky as it is on the road but we found no problems and managed to park very close. All in all an excellent place to stay and highly recommended.

Just came back from staying here for a short break. The hotel is excellent and the owners are lovely and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with good size bathrooms. Breakfast is plentyfull which is served hot with a good choice of cold and hot dishes. We would fully recommended this hotel to other travellers.

We stayed for the weekend for a family get together for my birthday.All 3 rooms were lovely, Comfortable king size beds, modern bathrooms and plenty of storage. Great location and we parked right opposite the hotel. Breakfasts were excellent. Could not fault this hotel. Even the horrible weather didn’t spoil our weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Lynton house is a lovely bnb in a great location! Rooms are nicely decorated and are cleaned daily. Range of breakfasts available but the cooked breakfast is gorgeous! Mark and sheridan are lovely hosts and make you feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and they customise your stay to you as an individual which we loved! Its all the little things at lynton house that make it an extra special stay. We will definately be back!

Fab stay this is our second time stayed in the sea view front room restaurants across the road and a pub don’t be put off no noise slept like a log 😴 lovely breakfast and they serve till 10am if you fancy a lazy morning spotlessly clean will definitely be back it’s a 10 star for us 👍👍

A lovely room, spotlessly clean with acomfortable bed and noisy seagulls!The breakfasts were delicious and staff welcoming.My only negative was that I would have liked bigger bath towels.

I cannot rate our stay highly enough. I went with my sister. We both had beautiful and comfortably bedrooms. The breakfast was 5⭐️. Mark and Sheridan are really lovely people as were the girls who served us at breakfast. I would love to stay here again.

We had a really lovely couple of days at this b&b. It’s in a great location, only a short 2 min to the sea front!! The decor is lovely and to our taste. The room was great everything u needed! It was clean and tidy and our whirlpool bath was great, loved it! We would definitely book to stay here again, if we visit Llandudno in the future! A very friendly b&b, highly recommended! x

We were visiting friends for the weekend and wanted somewhere closeby to stay..We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and our room ticked all the boxes as to our requirements and was spotlessly clean.Breakfast was excellent and mini bar set up worked well.We will be back!

We have stayed in quite a few bed and breakfasts in Llandudno but Lynton House is easily the best, the warmest welcome the best breakfast and by far the cleanest , would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Llandudno.

This was our first visit to Lynton House. We where both very impressed with the hotel, not only our room but the Breakfast and Lounge area. All very tastefully done. Talking of taste, the breakfast was great, a good choice of food, fresh fruit, cereals and hot food which included a full English breakfast, perfectly cooked. We would recommend the hotel for all of the above and it's great location. Easy access to the prom, cafes and restaurants all within easy reach.

Wow what a stay! booked this hotel after looking at places on trip advisor and booking.com it met our needs and on arrival at the hotel we were not dissapointed it met more than our expectations. we arrived early and asked if could leave our car as we had problems with the parking machine on the sea front the landlady offered to move her car so we could park ours as she said it would not fit in the carpark with it being a big car, we were able to leave our luggage sign in and return later to settle in to our room, when we did return our case had been taken up for us the room we booked was a superior double ( room no.7 at the front of the house) it was fabulous with amodern &contemporary decor with top quality furnishings,with lovely touches like tea,coffee,sugar,milk,biscuits,water,chocolates and a selection of toiletries, the bedding was great quality as were the towels provided all spotlessly clean,we were given a key and were able to come &go as we pleased.The hotel is very welcoming as are Sheridan &Mark despite being busy they always had time for a quick chat nothing was too much trouble, we had a great nights sleep followed by a fab breakfast, there is a great choice with freshly made fruit sald, a choice of cereals, prunes, yoghurts and a good selection of hot food with exc produce, you could pay twice what we paid per night in one of the top sea front hotels and it couldn't beat the service or treatment we got, we loved it so much we booked an extra night however we had to change rooms we were given a deluxe room (no.14) at the rear of the house i felt like id won the lottery the room was beautiful again modern and contemporary with quality furniture and a whirlpool bath and a tv bed with lovely views of the orme and the well kept garden, i cannot rate this place enough, thank you for giving us some fab memories we will return 😁

This small hotel was a perfect find for a few days in North Wales.The location in Llundudnow is perfect as close to the pier and restaurants,the room was lovely and very comfortable and the hosts friendly and welcoming.Everything one could wish for and many guests return.I can see why -would recommend.

Had a lovely 3 night break for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Large, comfy &warm bedroom,excellent breakfasts and perfect location.

We have been staying at Lynton House for several years with the lovely Sheridan and Mark running it. The choice at breakfast is excellent and cooked perfectly by Mark. Every room is individual and tastefully decorated. Location is perfect, only 2 minutes from the sea front and thewalks and tram for the Great Orme. The Best B &B I have stayed in, tastefully decorated, warm and cosy, must have stayed on one of the coldest weekend, but the whole place was kept wonderfully warm, breakfast, good variety and cooked well, nice little touches, such as little chocolates and bottle of water in your room, lovely little bar service and nothing too much trouble, will certainly stay again and recommend to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lynton House - the location of the hotel is brilliant for getting into town or onto the pier or promenade. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely too. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Couldn't fault a thing . Was met with a warm friendly welcome. Our room was perfect . Spotless &modern decor spacious and bright . The bathroom was again spotless, nice fluffy towels ! The honesty bar was nice to have a nice chilled nightcap. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented, plenty of choice more than I've had in many hotels , the whole atmosphere was very relaxing and a massive credit to a lovely couple who work very hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible . When we arrived at Lynton house we were immediately made to feel welcome. We were show to our spotlessly clean room which we found very comfortable.They had provided lovely toiletries, teas and coffee etc.We had the jacuzzi bath which. I loved.Breakfast in the morning was delicious, a good selection with extra toast and beverages if desired.We enjoyed our stay, and hope to visit again.

We have stayed at Lynton House on a number of occasions and have always found the hosts, Sheridan and Mark extremely welcoming.....nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant breakfasts, comfortable beds and the most wonderful accommodation all round, There is absolutely no room for improvement. We hope to be back.

Just had another 4 night stay at Lynton House , and, as usual everything was first class. Our room number 9 was warm and cosy and of course spotless. Breakfasts are good with lots of choice and the honesty bar in the lounge is good value...not a rip-off that you sometimes get in some places. Well done Lynton House for that and thanks for the attention to detail.

Just returned from the most relaxing stay at this wonderful b &b. Beautiful en suite room, unbelievably comfy bed and gorgeous breakfast. The owners are lovely and nothing too much trouble. This is the first time we have stayed in a b &b but it definitely won't be our last visit to Lynton House.

From the moment that we arrived, Sheridan couldnt do enough to help us settle in and get comfortable, so friendly, welcoming and helpful.Our room was a superking size and had a lovely view of the sea. It was a beautifully presented en suite room, immaculately clean andvery comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits replenished each day;flat screen tv, comfortable easy chairs to relax in provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were a real treat. Good quality ingredients served piping hot and fresh, a good selection of cereals and fruits and good fresh coffee made this a great start to the day.Lynton House is very well situated for the beach, pier, Great Orme tram and shops.Ive been to several B&B's in Llandudno but Lynton House is the best yet. Top notch place to stay.

We booked originally for 2 nights but enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night.Rooms are newly decorated and very tastefully furnished.Well stocked tea and coffee tray.Lovely lounge area and a beautiful breakfast room.The breakfast was fantastic lots of choice and plenty to eat.Lynton House is situated in a very convenient spot and has its own car park.Very friendly hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them.Great honesty bar with very reasonable prices.We would definitely stay again.

We first came to Lynton House in 2015, realised how good it is, so came back in 2017. The rooms are really comfortable and well equipped;breakfast is superb;Sheridan and Mark are excellent hosts who really want you to enjoy your stay. We certainly hope to return there again.

Everything was just as we would have wished.The owners (and staff) were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Everything we could have wanted for our stay was provided. The room was a good size and the bathroom spacious and the whole place was clean and well decorated.The poached eggs were just right! The area forparking was small, but we had no trouble getting in for the two nights we were there. there. It is close to the main street with a good choice of restaurants within walking distance.

My sister and I stayed at Lynton House for 4 nights (this was our 3rd visit) friendly welcome, warm inviting room with tea/coffee/biscuits, very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows, extensive breakfast menu using quality foods served until 10.00am which is a bonus for us, Lynton House is spotlessly clean, we highly recommend a stay here.

This was our 5th annual stay at this gem of a place.It gets better every year,with Sheridanand Mark updating rooms and fittings all the time.Marks cooking as always most enjoyable and filling.The best thing is were back in two weeks with 2 of my sisters..Happy days, love Lladudno

When you never quite know what to expect from a hotel and from a description. Such a lovely Victorian house with the high ceilings and large spacious rooms.Not only your main room but you can sit in a beautiful drawing room downstairs.Our stay was perfect.If you wish to be located in a reasonable position for amenities it is perfect as it took only a few minutes walk to the pier or town.So all the positives.Extremely spacious room and very comfortable bed. Lovely modern shower. Everything so clean and spot on.Cannot genuinely leave a negative comment for the sake of it to spoil such a fantastic review on this lovely hotel.Parking is challenging, but after driving around it appears the whole of Llandudno the parking is around the same.A must go back to venue for sure it was a definite must go to place.Such a friendly inviting place many thanks.

My daughter and I and two grandchildren have just returned home after a 4 night stay at Lynton House.The hotel is immaculate, rooms are lovely and clean. The breakfast is basically all you could ask for and more. There is a good selection to choose from. The staff are lovely and friendly. Location is perfect as your on the doorstep not too far from the north pier , beach and transport. Would definitely stay here again.

We have never been to Llandudno and Lynton Housecame up on the searches due to its outstanding reviews. It is everything others said it was. It is in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the pier, beach, town and tram station. The staff are amazing and the hotel is lovely. We enjoyed it so much on our last day we booked another weeks stay. Very highly recommended

This is our 4th stay at Lynton house.As always our rooms were spotless. The breakfast is good and served with a smile.Our room this time was smaller ( all larger doubles booked for the days we wanted) but was adequate for our short stay. We bring my 85yr old mother with us,and although no lift we manage to get her a single room on the 1st floor which she can manage. Two minutes from the pier and promanade,an ideal few days holiday for an older person. Would have no hesitation recommending this b and b to anyone. Lorraine Marshall

Lynton House is a great place to stay in Llandudno. It is spotlessly clean and the hosts are warm and welcoming. The breakfast was very good using quality ingredients and served with a smile!! It us ideally situated for all the attractions of the town and even has free parking!!! Would definitely stay again.

We primarily chose Lynton House after reading all the wonderful reviews and it certainly lived up to our expectations. We were made to feel welcome and right at home from the moment we arrived. My husband and I very often stay in larger hotels which although we enjoy, can at times be a little impersonal. This was certainly not the case here.Our room ( No 3) was on the first floor and had a lovely bay window with side sea views and the bed was a super king,super comfy and had a choice of pillows, which was great too. Loved the little choccies. That was a lovely little touch! Breakfast was super and served till 10am which was great if you like an extra half hour in bed. You must try the fresh fruit salad which was absolutely delicious! All served in a beautiful dining room, which was very relaxing and Sheridan and family attended to our every need. They were all so lovely, pleasant and chatty.The b and b itself is situated in a wonderful position;so close to the pier, bars and loads of lovely places to eat. All within walking distance.Go on, book the Lynton House, you wont be disappointed!Thanks so much Mark,Sheridan and family for making us feel at home and hope to see you all again in the future.

We so enjoyed our stay ,the location was perfect for a short break,close to promenade ,shops ,restaurants &The Great Orme Railway station .The facilities were of an extremely high standard ,comfortable bed ,lovely en- suite with toiletries provided &the view from our room was excellent .The breakfast was very good ,freshly made tea &coffee,fresh fruit &good choice of hot foods freshly made .We would certainly recommend this B&B cannot praise it highly enough &look forward to returning in the near future

Had a great couple of nights here, very comfortable, super breakfast, good lounge for our Scrabble games. Easy access to Great Orme Head which was beautiful.

This is our 4th time in the Lynton and we keep visiting because it is a good place to stay where all the facilities are there for you to make life comfortable, clean pleasant rooms, good size beds, tea/coffee facilities in the room and to top it all a wonderful breakfast. All in all good value for money.

We stayed in a superior sea view room which was beautifully decorated.The fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The bathroom is rather small but functional. Lovely towels. Good selection for breakfast and freshly cooked to order.

Near beach and great food.

We have been a few times this year great rooms superb breakfast, clean bright decor,lovely appointed rooms,great location 50 metres to the pier and beach.150 METRES FROM ALL SHOPS BARS ETC.

From the moment we walked through the door we were felt welcome.The bedroom was very comfortable, although for older visitors there are a lot of steps up to the second floor.The dining room was very spacious and airy.The breakfast was excellent as was the vegetarian one. This was our yearly visit (number 4) and after xmas we will be booking number 5.The 4 stars awarded to it are truly deserved .Every year it just gets better,Mark and Sheridan are so friendly and helpful nothing at all is too much trouble .I wish I could lie about the place to keep this Gem a secret to ourselves but that would be trully unfair to such a fantastic hard working and friendly couple.Sheridan keeps the place immaculate and Mark makes a variety of breakfasts second to none ofIn the visitors comment book with about 3 to 400 reviews in , there is not one negative comment.To sum it all up in one wordPERFECT

We stayed at lynton house for 4 nights in september.The location was excellent near to the pier pubs shops and the tram station.our room was no 3 it has a super kingsize bed very comfy a large bay window you could see the sea clean and nice decor good shower and very clean.The breakfast was lovely good choice with fresh fruit to full cooked.There is a honesty bar that came in handy too.Sheridan and Mark are very welcoming and friendly.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it

Lynton House is a lovely large house, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Wonderful breakfasts which will certainly set you up for the day.Mark &Sheriden are the perfect hosts, welcoming and friendly and really make Lynton a 'Home from Home'.We have enjoyed a very relaxing three day break at Lynton House and found it to be perfect in every way.Ideally situated just 50 yards from the seafront and 2 minutes walk to the Town Centre shops. Mark &Sheriden can be very proud of the service that they offer.Excellent hotel.

I booked a two night stay at Lynton House for myself, my mum and sister. All of us had a pleasant, relaxing stay. All three rooms were excellent, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was top notch! Mark and Sheridan were always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

This is a first class hotel run impeccably by Martin and Sheridan. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is in a great location being near the seafront and the tramway. The breakfasts are brilliant too! I would highly recommend it.

The guest house is located in a prime position to explore Llandudno &surrounding areas. The guest house was clean &we received a very warm welcome from the owners. Good breakfast &a friendly atmosphere made our stay pleasurable.

The hospitality was extremely friendly and genuine, stayed for 3 nights. Bedroom and bathroom were scrupulously clean and the bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and toiletries. Breakfast was an abundance of cereal, fresh fruit salad with a varied menu of hot and cold choices. I highly recommend Lynton House for its' location, its' value for money and overall friendliness.

Everything was excellent. We had a warm welcome on arrival and felt really comfortable throughout our stay. All guest areas were immaculate. Our room was really nice with everything we needed including plenty of tea,coffee,milk, complimentary biscuits even a little chocolate! An excellent B&B with a warm friendly feel. The decor is throughout is beautiful and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We enjoyed breakfast each morning especially the poached eggs!! Having previously stayed at Lynton House myself with my husband, I had no hesitation in booking the guest house as a short break for my parents. They thoroughly enjoyed it and agreed this is probably one of the best guest houses in Llandudno. Would definitely recommend it.

Our second stay here, chosen because of our enjoyment of the first one. Unbeatable location, 5 mins from entrance to Pier and promenade, and same from the Gt Orme tram. Also, 2 mins from main shopping street and bars / restaurants.The room was well equipped , comfy and clean. Lyton House was the perfect place to stay to visit the castles of North Wales. The bed was really comfy as was the pillows. Little things like generous amounts of fair trade t.bags and sugar, and local live yoghurt. Nothing was too much trouble,would recommend to everyone.

Not a thing wrong. Sheridan and Mark are percect hosts. Always cheerful to their guests, at anytime of the day. Cleanliness is second to non. Standards are bang on the money. Anyone who feels like they deserve more, needs their heads checked! The Superking Deluxe room is a must, IF you can manage to book it!

We recently stayed for 2 nights at Lynton House and really wished it was for longer. We had room 3 which had a large bat window with a side view of the bay. It had a super-king size bed and was very tastefully decorated with lovely furniture and a very modern en suite shower room. It was spotlessly clean with lots of nice little added touches.breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and plenty tea or coffee and toast. We were recommended Lynton house and would have no hesitation in recommending others. We will be visiting again.

It is always a pleasure to visit Llandudno, home of the Great Orme (big lump of rock with a cable car, train etc) and Alice in Wonderland apparently, as it is one of the best-kept clean and tidy sea-side resorts along the North Wales coast.We stayed Wednesday to Friday in this 4* guest house, ideally located just off the main promenade at the Great Orme end and opposite the Pier. It is a clean, comfortable hotel with modern furnishings and shower room. The bed was comfy with memory-foam pillows that seemed to work really well for us – there are normal pillows in the wardrobe instead if you prefer.Full English breakfast is included, and the bit we like is that your table is allocated just for your room number, so no hassle fighting for a place if you all turn up for breakfast at the same time. It is a combination of two houses joined together, so there are two front doors, both with steps. We wondered whether there could be any facilities for those with physical disabilities, but they do have a ground floor twin room specially adapted.We would visit again, and enjoyed our stay. However, Llandudno does seem to be a seagull haven and they are exceptionally noisy (even by our standards and we live in a harbour town!), but Lynton House has thought of everything and provide all guests with a set of earplugs just in case! Worth a few days’ stay if you can get there, with lots of restaurants, bars and interesting things to do.

It was our first stay in Llandudno and we could't have chosen a nicer place to stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are hugh and very tasty. Our stay at Lynton house was a pleasure from start to finish. The owners / staff were friendly and welcoming without being obtrusive and we couldn't fault the room, facilities or cleanliness. We had an excellent nights sleep and there was a good selection of breakfast options, very tasty! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lynton House to anyone, wish we could have stayed longer.

Both my self and my husband really enjoyed staying at Lynton house, food is absolutely fantastic and so are the hosts, definitely will be back .

Within walking distance from the centre of the town. Lynton house is situated in exactly the right place, as you are not accompanied by a lot of noise. However the owners have thought of everything, including ear plugs to cover up the noise from the seagulls. Unfortunately didn't taste the breakfast, but heard many good things about the food they supply. Plenty of activities to do around the guesthouse and the owners were lovely.

We had a 2 night stay, clean, comfy &cheerful. We needed some important documents scanning and printing which mark did for us which helped us out a lot. Superb breakfast.

Very welcoming warm hosts, immaculately clean room, (just 1 small quip.. the mirror needs to be closer to the table so the hairdryer cord reaches, as the location of the mirror as it is, meant I couldnt quite see to blow-dry my hair, so didnt bother, but was happy to leave to dry on its own, so not a huge problem for me) Breakfast was wonderful. one of the best Ive ever had as regards choice, and superbly cooked!Lynton House is in a top location, just a hop, skip and a jump away from many attractions and the beaches of Llandudno. We have stayed in Llandudno several times before but have never stayed at this B&B,the owners were friendly and welcoming. The whole building was tastefully decorated and comfortable, with quality fittings and furniture throughout.The breakfast was exceptional, we would certainly return, and would reccomend it to all.

A high quality guest house with a warm welcome, good food and service.Everything worked well from the comfortable bed, the controllable warm shower and the television had a full range of Freeview channels.Location is exceptional with a short walk to the Promenade, the "Great Orme"and the Town Centre. Llandudno is in a prime location with excellent transport links to other North Wales resorts and the Snowdownia National Park.The only issue was the changeable weather, but we cannot control that.I wouldn't hesitate to book here again on the next visit to North Wales.Certainly joint top of the seven B&B/hotels I have been to in the last 12 months and none of the others were average or poor either.

We stayed 11-13 March 2016 and it was the most relaxing, clean and comfortable stay we've had in Llandudno. We try to visit once a year to the area and we'll only stay here now, great value for money...loved the whirlpool bath too! The cooked breakfast was delicious as well!

Once again we enjoyed our stay at Lynton House, this is our third visit. The house is decorated to a high standard and the breakfast is wonderful, the best poached eggs! We holiday in Britain all the time and this is the best bed and breakfast we have stayed in, wish they were all like this. Also each time we stay Sheridan has upgraded a part of the house, this time it was tables and chairs in the breakfast room,which looked great. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Had a fantastic two nights stay at Lynton House. A warm welcome, beautiful(spotless)room,comfortable bed and amazing breakfast all made for a wonderful mini break. Would definitely return and highly recommend. Superb location as well.

We found Lynton House to be perfect for our needs, beds and rooms are well furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast at a civilised time and a wide choice available.The staff are always very friendly welcoming and helpful. An added bonus being located only a couple of minutes from Town centre but out of the hussle and bussle with free on street parking, first come first served!

It was a great place to stop.Was madewelcome when arrived. luggage was took up to our room.. little things was appreciated like biscuits was left each morning in room to have when we came back to room.The breakfasts was fantastic.Would stop there again..

we stayed at the Lynton House for three nights at the end of June. We normally stay in hotel accommodationso this was a first experience for us. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The rooms were spotless the breakfast to die for.It was my birthday while we were there and I came back to find a card waiting for me . Which was a lovely thoughtful touch.Would i recommend this B&b without a doubt.

Agreat stay with Sheridan and Mark. Wonderful welcome and hospitality, lovely room, very modern and up to date spotlessly clean.The little extras are also welcome, nice biscuits, bottle of water, toiletries etc. Wifi that actually works in one's room. This is an excellent place to stay. Location is very close to the water and nearby restaurants, great Italian.The hosts were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.The room wasverycomfortable.

Lynton House is at the end of the promenade within a hundred metres of both the tramway which takes explorers up the Great Orme, or in the other direction, the beginning of the pier.The hotel is of Edwardian style (two villas knocked through, affording adequately sized bedrooms.Breakfasts consisted of a selection of cereals and fresh fruits, orange juice, freshly ground coffee and teas and a large selection of cooked items which was welcoming and set one up for the day.An excellent hotel, reasonably priced and conveniently positions to holiday amenities.We will be staying there again.

Our fourth visit and Just as enjoyable as our first,a high standard of service.warm comfortable rooms,there is a Sufficient variety of food to suit all tastes for breakfast. An excellent weekend at Lynton House celebrating daughter's birthday. Fantastic facilities and kind, friendly hosts. Spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches in the room such as tissues, bottled water and cotton wool balls. Breakfast was amazing and there was an excellent choice including gluten free options for daughter. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend Lynton House to anyone staying in Llandudno.

Just returned from a short stay at Lynton, it was very clean and beautifully decorated, we stayed in a luxurious room with modern facilities a super king size bed and sea views. The hosts were very friendly and down to earth.Breakfast was very tasty with a good choice on offer. We would definately recommend a stay and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

We had stayed at Lynton House a few months ago so felt confident booking again. We were not disappointed. The quality and service were just as we expected. The rooms are beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean and light, the beds are so comfy. Breakfast is great, and is served in a lovely bright room. Sheridan and Mark are great hosts and deserve to be proud of the service they offer. We can thoroughly recommend Lynton House - we look forward to our next visit.

Second visit this time with another couple, the Lynton is a credit to the family that run it. The place is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast room is light and airy and the breakfast itself is spot on. Definitely returning again with the other couple who also thoroughly enjoyed.

It was such a pleasure for us to stay in Lynton House. We spent 3 nights there and would definitely come back again. The bedroom and bathroom were extrimly clean and comfortable- we had our room cleaned every day!!! The owners are very friendly and helpful. Location-pergect! We climbed Snowdonia, had a cable car trip and small reilway train, beautiful nature, sea, castels... 3 days for us weren't enought to visit everything there. Had a two night stay, although we booked a kingsize room on arrival we were offered a choice of rooms and an upgrade to super-king with a sea view. all rooms were cleaned and furnished to a fantastic standard. this is our second stay at Lynton House and as always our hosts were friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. if we are returning to Llandudno Lynton House will be our first call for accommodation. This place was perfect for our valentines weekend away. If you're wanting to get away from the city, and are looking for a quiet and yet cultural place to get away to for a romantic weekend. This is the place. The scenery and area was beautiful. They had arcades, and shops on the pier. The beach was gorgeous and there were plenty of hills around for some adventuring. There is also a dry ski slope nearby as well as a zoo, and nature reserve.As for the B&B, the owners gave a fantastic welcome, and were very friendly. Our room was fantastic, had a TV at the end of the bed and the bath was also a jacuzzi, which we definitely took advantage of!Would highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing weekend!

We have just spent a wonderful winter weekend in Llandudno enjoying in particular the comfort and hospitality provided by Sheridan and Mark at Lynton House.Their Bed and Breakfast is perfectly located between the Great Orme, the town centre and the pier - so ideal to take in refreshing walks, a little shopping and a good meal at one of the excellent choice of restaurants (even in November).Sheridan and Mark have taken great care to cater for their guests every need. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. The sitting room and dining room are also tastefully decorated and furnished to provide lovely comfortable sociable spaces.Every day, before our bracing walks we enjoyed the excellent breakfast choices - the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs are a must!Thank you both - we loved it and will certainly recommend Lynton House to everyone we know.

The room was clean, tidy and well presented. The breakfast absolutely gorgeous and the welcome brilliant. Don't bother looking anywhere else!

On arrival our room was upgraded to a super king size.The room was spotless, warm and attention to detail was second to none. Breakfast was served until 10am so no rush to get up.Mark and Sheridan were very friendly, they helped us with their local knowledge and walks on Snowdon, they even leant us a rucksack for the day. We definitely recommend Lynton House.

We stayed in the superior double seaview room. It benefits from a bay window on front, newly fitted ensuite with fantastic rain shower, breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. A nice lounge area that has a honesty bar with reasonable priced drinks, nice outdoor seating area . And really nice friendly host. Well worth a visit.

Firstly the owners were very friendly and helpful, the room was modern and clean but best of all the breakfast was great. Lynton house is well placed for both the town and the sea front.

Sheridan gave me a very warm welcome as I arrived at Lynton House 3 hours late due to my train being cancelled. She sat me down in the lounge whilst I filled in the registration card and I instantly relaxed. She showed me the honesty bar and breakfast room and took me to room 4, which was very comfortable and well appointed with en suite shower room, double bed, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, telephone, tv and radio. A big sash window opened onto church walks with views of the harbour and Snooze bar and the popular Queen Vic pub opposite. Breakfast was superb. I had fresh fruit salad, coffee, toast, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and toast and honey. The best guest house I have stayed in at the resort. I look forward to me next stay with eager anticipation. Thank you very much....

Me and my partner stopped at lynton house and after a very unfortunate day in work with my van breaking down, my girlfriend made her way to the hotel Friday night, mark helped park the car on the hill and took in the bags did everything he could to help, Sheridan was a great help and very considerate after what happened..The room was extremely clean and breakfast was spot on.Both me and my partner will be booking again with these lovely people and lovely hotel

Our stay at the Lynton Hotel was perfect, room was lovely, super clean modern refurbishment but homely. Breakfast was spot on. Breakfast room was light and airy and again very clean. The hotel is in good position for wandering round Llandudno, near to shops, restaurants, pier and other attractions. Will definitely be visiting again. The owners were really nice people and seem to have just the right combination!!! I for one will be recommending the hotel to friends and family.

What a fantastic clean friendly and very welcoming B&B lynton is ..the hosts are very caring and friendly and are very helpfully. We stayedfor two nitghts and really didn't want to come away . Lovely crisp white sheets and brilliant white fluffy towels. Breakfast was hot and excellent quality. Eggs was perfect. Brilliant location near sea front yet very quite at night. The hosts was faultless very helpful and friendly it felt so homely and relaxing. The whole place is spotless. Loved sitting on the front of the house watch in the world go by . We will definitely go back there and we highly recommend the lovely b&b . It's a credit to all the hard work they do to make your stay so enjoyable. Excellent.

We recently spent four days at the Lynton in Llandudno, this being our first stay there.It was a great place to stop as the room we had selected was perfect with high quality bed and furniture. A great deal of attention had been given to ensure everything was perfect and thoroughly clean.The breakfasts were top quality with so much to choose from. Fresh fruit was available, a selection of cerials, well prepared and served cooked breakfast with a choose of bread. Most importantly the owners were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure every customer got a first class service.We will certainly be staying there again and we wish them well.Kindest regards.

Excellent from the minute Sheridan gave up her parking space for us, to the cleanliness of the rooms and lovely dining room where the food was spot on.We will definitely recommend and hopefully be back ourselves.

Had a great stay at Lynton House. The bathroom was of a very high standard and the location is perfect. It was a nice touch to have ear plugs provided due to the seagulls, and two types of pillow for a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the car park is only small and not enough room for us therefore we parked up the hill not far away, however this was not a problem for us. The owners are friendly and welcoming and I've no doubt would accommodate any requests reasonably practicable. Would we stay again - yes. Good value for money.

This is a clean place, with very friendly hosts. Good fresh food. You are free to come and go as you please. I enjoyed my stay very much. I had forgotten myphone charger, the hosts lent me one.

Excellent location and accessibility to the town centre and the promenade. Warm, cosy and extremely tidy place to stay. The owners were exceptionally hospitable and helpful in not only helping us find a nice parking space ( the reserved lots were full) they also cooked a great breakfast even after us being late, the day we checked out. The whole place was spotless and good location to all the sights. The Honesty bar is a great idea. Room 14 was lovely and modern. Having spent two nights at Lyton House we can truly say this is a great place to stay. Sheridan &Mark made our short break very enjoyable, going out of their way to be friendly, even helping us to book tickets for Snowdon mountain railway.

As with all things the first impression goes a long way andLynton House did this very well. There was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, everywhere was clean and smart, the room was very comfortable and well presented. Breakfast was piping hot and a very welcome start to our day, with other choices provided. Local facilities were within 5-10 minutes walk. All in all I would recommend trying a stay for yourself.

Have just come back from a lovely weekend at the Lynton Hotel, Llandudno, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 11 which had a view of the sea and 2 chairs in the window so we could people watch. Breakfast was a delight, cereal, fruit juice, yoghurts and whatever you wanted for your cooked breakfast. The owners were very friendly and the Hotel is beautifully kept. I would recommend the Hotel and would certainly stay again.

Excellent accommodation. Mark and Sheridan were wonderful Hosts.Friendly and obliging. We had 2 rooms,and both were immaculate.Breakfast time was a joy.Very well cooked food, and plenty of it. Would highly recommend Lynton House to anyone going to Llandudno.

Lovely guest house in a brilliant location close to the pier, tram, shops, restaurants, bars and the promenade. Rooms are clean and well appointed with all the little extras you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The welcome from Sheridan and Mark was great and made us feel at home straight away. Breakfast was perfection and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely reccomend and will definitely stay here if we go to Llandudno again.

We had a lovely mini break at Lynton House, the Hotel is clean and tastefully decorated throughout, our room was very nice and the super king size bed was the comfiest we have ever had on holiday, we wanted to bring it home with us. Sheridan and Mark are very friendly and make you feel at home, breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. We would definitely stay again when we return to beautiful Llandudno.

Sheridan and Mark run a fine B &B. We enjoyed our stay with them immensely and found them to be the most helpful and gracious hosts. Nothing was of any bother to them and their guide on places to see and dining was much appreciated. We can highly recommend them to anyone visiting Llandudno.

A very comfortable bed, in a quiet street just off the end of the promenade, with a friendly welcome and great value.With a very good wee Italian restaurant next door and a friendly pub across the road. and the Orme tramway a couple of hundred yards away, it could hardly be beaten!

Fantastic location near the promenade+pier and tram for great orme.we had a lovely family room with interconnecting rooms.spotlessly clean throughout,comfy beds and lovely breakfast.the hosts were very warm and welcoming and check in/checkout was speedy.highchair and cot provided for our baby which was really helpful!we would definitely stay again!

What a great hotel. Our room was described as a small double and while we have stayed in larger rooms we certainly didn't lack in space, storage or comforts. My partner and myself stayed at 'Lynton House' over Valentine weekend. The hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. We had a front ensuite room. This was also wonderfully decorated, with a good sized bathroom. The breakfast was served piping hot, with a good selection. Nothing was too much trouble. Would I recomend the 'Lynton House?' Of course I would!

From walking through the door to saying goodbye, we felt at home and had a really relaxing weekend. The location was ideal being situated right near all the main restaurants and bars. Would definitely return again!

My aged Mother and Aunt were given 'single' rooms and I had 'small' double. All were the most comfortable double beds, spottlessly clean, with thoughtful touches to make our stay most enjoyable. Breakfast - superb! Loved the honesty bar - such good value - Thank you, Sheridan and Mark.

We stayed for 2 nights in a king size room and it was wonderful. We had a warm welcome, a lovely very private room and thoughtful extras like earplugs because of the seagulls.Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and we can't wait to stay again soon.

This was our first holiday visit to Llandudno though I have been many times for business purposes. It was everything we hoped it would be as a place to visit and we will return. We cannot fault the accommodation and our host Sheridan. Our sea-view room 3, was spotlessly clean and the quality of the breakfast items were first rate. Sheridan is very relaxed and friendly and makes you welcome from the moment of your arrival. Do give this wonderful place a try, as I say, we will be back and hopefully for longer next time.

Had a fantastic stay recently at Lynton House. I wanted to take my Dad away for a couple of days along with my young son. We had a lovely relaxing time. The location is great, a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and only a couple of minutes from the tram to the Great Orme too. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and the honesty bar was a brilliant touch. Wouldn't hesitate to come back :-)

Lovely, family-run guest house. Room well fitted, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Downstairs, welcoming rooms to sit and relax with a self-service honesty bar (nice to be trusted), and outside, comfortable patio seating with a lovely sea view for fresh air and for anyone wishing to smoke. Extensive breakfast menu, excellent food. Sheridan and Mark are lovely and work hard behind the scenes to ensure guests have a comfortable stay and all they need to relax. Ideally situated just yards from the sea front in one direction, and choice of excellent places to eat in the other. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a long weekend May Bankholiday. The accommodation was spotless and the room was very spacious wih a super kingsize bed and a sea view. Central to all attractions. This is the nicest hotel I've stayed in for work, very quiet and friendly, would recommend it without a doubt!!

I stayed with my brother for 3 nights in early April.The first thing we experienced was parking, which is available at the rear hotel.Parking so close to the hotel was very welcome.The next thing we experienced was a very warm welcome, and a quick check in that took place in the really nice lounge. A nice touch is the honesty bar which was well stocked.The room was very comfortable with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and friendly staff.The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the promenade, shops, restaurants and attractions such as the tram up to the Great Orme.I enjoyed my stay, and will definitely stay there again when next visiting Llandudno.

This was my second visit to Lynton House. This time in a single, which I usually avoid as most single rooms are more like cells than somewhere you would want to stay. Here you get a small double, with much the same facilities as the larger rooms. You also get a great breakfast and a relaxed and friendly welcome.

We only managed a few days in August but had as usual an excellent time.A warm welcome, good rooms and great breakfast. :-)

The good reviews regarding this hotel are well deserved. A lovely place to stay. Thebeds were very comfy indeed and the room was clean and with a nice homely feel to it. The family suite was absolutely fantastic for us as we have 2 small children and they have their own room within the room so could sleep quietly with lights off whilst we watched TV in our bedroom section. The breakfasts were delicious and the location fantastic, just a short stroll from the main promonade,fabulous pier and beach in one direction and the great orme tramway in the other. It is also opposite a choice of pubs and restaurants many with outdoor seating giving it a real cafe culture buzz. Have already recommended to friends!

We wanted to visit Llandudno for an Anniversary. We booked two weeks in advance but unfortunately I got a back injury four days before the due date. The Lynton was happy to move our reservation forward by two days.The B&B was better than expected. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were in room 3 and the bed was enormous! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was bright and welcoming and the breakfast available was everything you could possibly want.The only downside for us was cutting our visit short as walking was a problem for me.Wouldn't hesitate in returning. Hope to before long.

The Lynton House is a cozy, warm and friendly B&B just off the promenade in Llandudno. Rooms are well-sized with plenty of heating or ventilation, as required. The house has a good choice at breakfast and aslo has a comfortable and quiet lounge to relax and read, if you have the time. I will certainly go there again as it is well located (opposite pub and restaurant) and offers very good value.

My husband and I just had a very comfortable stay in Lynton House for three nights. Everyone was very friendly and helpful...the room was quite spacious with a lovely bay window which made the room very light and airy...bathroom was compact but had everything you needed...shower was powerful with plenty of hot water at all times...breakfast was very nice and the dining room was also very light and airy with a nice distance between the tables so you didnt feel you were sitting too close to other guests. location was perfect, close to all the cafes, shops and restaurants, and also very close to the promenade. we would certainly stay again! many thanks for looking after us!
